I have not yet had a chance to open this gift, but previous Wine Country gifts have been excellent and I look forward to this one. Delivery by UPS, however, was a problem, since one must show ID and sign for receipt, but UPS refused to announce a general time of delivery. A delivery service that could provide a 2-3 hour window for ID deliveries would dramatically improve your product.
