The basket arrived on time and my sister said it was absolutely beautiful. Unlike other companies I've ordered from, Wine Country Gift Baskets actually look like the pictures in their catalog and on their website. And the customer service is excellent. I ordered another basket that was set to be delivered December 24th. Then I got a new tracking notification that said it was going to be delivered on the 26th. I called customer service and they change the date back and it was delivered to my friend on the 24th! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Product arrived one day ahead of scheduled delivery date. Fortunately, I was home to receive the package. If I was out, the recipient MAY have opened and spoiled surprise. Concerned also over the advertising on box. Had the delivery gone as I mentioned, there would have been no surprise for Christmas !!
