Somewhat Underwhelming

The products included in this basket are a bit underwhelming. I purchased this basket as a prize for a baby shower diaper raffle. Obviously, I do not want to unwrap the basket before the shower, but I am completely unable to see any coffee mugs in the basket. I am hoping they are buried in there to protect them from breakage; but if they are that just means there is even less product in the basket. The box arrived with "Handle with Care" imprinted all over the box, but the box was crushed. Just an ongoing frustration about how terribly logistics companies handle packages. They just don't care. They are not held responsible. But, I was also frustrated when I opened the box only to find that the packing pillows had never even been inflated. I feel very lucky that the basket was not more damaged. But, sadly, a few of the product boxes are somewhat crushed. I do not want gifts to arrive directly to gift recipients in this condition. Also, (and this may seem a bit picky), the bow was just poorly done and messy. I untied the bow, retied it nicely (as it should have looked from the beginning) and cut off some frayed edges. I don't think I would order this basket again.

The sympathy basket was sent on time, however, this would have been PERFECT if the gift card was attached to the basket INSIDE of the box. Instead the gift card was not read because it is hidden under the label OUTSIDE of the box. It would have been perfect if the receiver knew where to look for the gift card. Unfortunately, the box was thrown away along with the gift card.
