Two gift packages were late arriving. One had extra charge for "quick delivery". (that fee was rebated) and the second late item was given a 15% discount, for which I am extremely grateful. It's a reminder that I, too, will have to do a better job of "planning" during the busy times. (Mother's Day, as my example). Mother's Day cookies were a bit stale.
