I had to place a nice size business order, after dealing with another company that couldn't have cared less about my business or helping me, it was refreshing to talk to Joclyn this morning and have help getting my order placed. She was a breath of fresh air after my other dealings. Can't wait for our employees to get their baskets. Thank you!!

One of my recipients moved without leaving a forwarding address. A friendly customer service representative arranged for a replacement basket at not additional cost. Now that is customer service.

The recipient love it!! I received an email from her on behalf of the family saying "I want to thank you so much for the wonderful gift basket!! We received it today. I want you know you are loved and appreciated". ******* My complaint: I tracked the basket. The recipients live in a small town outside Jackson, MS. At some point, the UPS carrier turned the delivery of the basket over to USPS and it sat at a post office a couple of days before it was delivered. Therefore the basket arrived 2-3 days later than Wine Country said it would. The recipients will never tell me, but I believe sitting around in a post office, the basket may have gotten tampered with, sampled, damaged. This delay is different from a delay caused by a force of mother nature. (e.g. inter storm). I am asking that another basket be sent to the recipient, at Wine Country's expense, because of the uncertainty of the condition of the first basket by the time t was finally delivered. The fact that the gift arrived a full week later than was promised ruined any positive features of the gifts. I won't be using Wine Country ever again.
