It was my second time sending a gift. The first time we did it as a business team and worked perfect. Then I decided to send something personal for Feb 14 and it was delay. The problem is that the person does not go often to that office. So he has not seen it yet.

The Tower looks COOL but 'Look Out' for candies, etc., coming out of the shipping container when removing it. Had to put it back together and tabs were torn. One shipment to family member went all over the place due to being "unable to read the label", and none of them had the 'Message'. Last year none of them had it either. I had called them to see if they had received it and they told me they "Just got a package and I could not tell who sent it". However, everyone loved/loves what is inside, goodies, and my mother uses it as a Holiday Tree. That's why I send them every year. You just have to spend your time tracking them and hope for the best.
