Product size is OK. But the labels and the message cards are way too small. Many of my clients did not even realize it was from us. And some friends had a hard time finding the sender.

The Tower looks COOL but 'Look Out' for candies, etc., coming out of the shipping container when removing it. Had to put it back together and tabs were torn. One shipment to family member went all over the place due to being "unable to read the label", and none of them had the 'Message'. Last year none of them had it either. I had called them to see if they had received it and they told me they "Just got a package and I could not tell who sent it". However, everyone loved/loves what is inside, goodies, and my mother uses it as a Holiday Tree. That's why I send them every year. You just have to spend your time tracking them and hope for the best.
