Originally scheduled for delivery on December 22, 2022 to the Oakland, I called Customer Service immediately (19th) when I found out the recipient will be out of town and talked to Ana to reschedule for the 28th. She assured me it would be no problem since it has not even shipped yet. Much to my chagrin, I found out later that it got delivered on the original date. The recipient still got the item after they came back from the trip, but it is evident that some communication breakdown happened between your service rep and shipping department.

I'm always pleased with my orders, I order a lot from WC. But this time when the package arrived to my grandkids the chocolates were melted all over the package inside and out. My daughter had to throw the chocolates away the hard candy was ok. Very disappointed this time.
