I ordered this for my Mother for Mother's Day. She received this email from her yesterday, "All of the chocolates were crumbed and hollow with the fillings dried out.I'm sorry, Nikki. Even the candy bars were dried out. Definitely disappointing. I hope they make this right with you." I called customer support and got a full refund...but no apology. I've been using this company for 10 years without problems and everybody makes mistakes...still, I was expected more from them than this. This was my first time ordering Lindt chocolates from Wine & Country, I won't be doing so again. :(

I purchased this gift of chocolates and such for my sick cousin, who took a nasty fall and broke her elbow. She had to have metal plates inserted and now has to endure a long recovery. I called to check on her yesterday and she says her grandkids were over the day this gift arrived and they all enjoyed a big chocolate party! Thanks again for your selections and varied displays. Have ordered several times over the years and will continue.
