Our daughter ordered a gift with chocolates which somehow had an address problem. When it arrived, there was obviously a problem since the outside of the box had a greasy stain. Yes, the chocolates had melted somewhat. We took pictures and then contacted customer service. We did not want a replacement with chocolates but they were willing to send another item of similar value without us even sending the pictures. I am now willing to send my friends a gift knowing that any deficiencies will be rectified and promptly. the contents of this package were high quality so I am already looking forward to the next basket which has no chocolates to melt in transit.
