The basket is beautiful... it was delivered to my mom on time before Christmas & packaged nicely with a huge red ribbon bow BUT there was a huge dent in the bottom corner of the basket. I was so disappointed, so I called customer service and the rep I spoke to was very apologetic & offered to replace it immediately, free of charge, but it was sold out. So she found me another beautiful basket, asked me to go online & look at it first...WOW..this one was much nicer than the one I bought!! It had 2 bottles of wine instead of one. It was delivered fast to my mom & beautifully packaged in perfect condition!! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service & I will definitely be using this company again!!
