I would normally rate my 9 baskets with 5 stars because the products and service are always impeccable!! However, I ordered 3 of the 9 sleighs upon receiving 6 (totally my error), and was told that I would receive the 3 the next day as I paid an additional $27 each. Unfortunately, I received the sleighs within 2 days. I delivered a partial order to a very important board meeting. Still waiting for the credit to my account.
