This company's custermer service is outstanding! This was a replacement basket for a previous order that the peppermint popcorn was "not so good". ALL of their products have been high quality and delicious. I sent 10 baskets and no complaints from anyone x this one. So, i see it as a "one off". BUT, the company immediately made it right and it arrived ahead of schedule! This company is way better than others fro price and quality( i know, i tried others...) Thank You!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered this 2 weeks before Christmas and was told it would be delivered within the next week. the recipients never received it. I never received notice of a delay or non- delivery. Their company is now gone and the basket was never received. Customer service only option was to refund my money. No gift or apology. I will not order again and highly recommend the same

This was the third time I've ordered from Wine Country Gift Baskets, but it was the first time I actually saw the finished product. The two previous times, I had them delivered directly to the recipient, but this time, I had it delivered to my home because I intended to deliver it personally. Many times, things just don't look the same as the picture, but this was not the case here. The basket looked exactly like what I expected and was very well received. Couldn't ask for anything more.
