We had placed an order for 2 of there (one for us and one for some relatives, My wife wanted the snowman boxes specifically. We get ours and it is a blooming bear though apparentally filled with the same items as the snowman (but considering the size difference that would be a feat of geometric engineering) Apparently they consider this an equal exchange. it is not as we wanted the snowman and not the bear. When I attempted to contact them for a partal refund the Rep had caps on in their chat so I felt they were yelling at me. I will be pursuing this once I find out if my sister got the correct one or not.
