I was a bit worried as to how my upstairs neighbor would receive the gift. Having the gift delivered to me and then taking up a flight of stairs was out of the question because I’m disabled. And if it was delivered to me, asking my neighbor to come to me to get it, felt a bit awkward. All I needed from customer service was details as to who, and how the delivery would take place. I tried asking my question via both live chat and a phone call. One agent told me it would be delivered by UPS, the other said USPS so I wasn’t even able to determine who would be delivering (there’s a big difference between how the two deliver) Customer Service just didn’t seem to want to be bothered with me.
