We had ordered a basket for our close friends as a congratulations to their recent engagement. Delivery was set for a Saturday morning at like 10/11am. Our friends we're unforuntatley not available when it was delivered so a note was placed. The second attemp was made on the next business day, Monday. Unforuntatyly though it was delivered at/around 10/11am again, when clearly they were at work, this was really my only concern was the fact that the delivery company thought to deliver the package again on Monday at the same time it was set for Saturday. Luckily though the 3rd attempt was made on a Thursday evening, which again our friends failed to pick up the order. After a week or two went by and they still never went to pick it up, the carrier returned the basket back to wincecountrygiftbaskets.com . I called and spoke with a very nice lady in which she was able to assist me in re-shipping it now to our friends work where their would definitly be someone there to pick it up, which was a great recommendation by the customer service rep, because they received the basket just a few days later.
