I ordered two Albanico Spanish Wine Gifts as Christmas gift. They were a good price. Problem was when they got to UPS they got lost and wouldn't be delivered. I called Wine Country Gift Baskets. They looked into it. They found that, yes they were lost. So, Immediately they sent out replacements. I received them 3 days later on Dec. 23. The person I spoke to was nice, helpful and apologetic. I never ordered from them before but I will use them again in the future. Thank you to Carolyn for your help.
