Ordered basket for June 24,2021 for birthday June 26 and didn't arrive until TUESDAY 29TH...very disappointed. Mail delivery never left note of how she could get it. I think I should get a refund on shipping. Not sure I'll ever use this company again.

The gift basket I ordered was for a dear friend's birthday. I was told it would be delivered on her birthday around 9pm. I relayed the message to her but unfortunately the package arrived between 2pm and 3pm and needed a signature. Because of the misinformation she did not receive her gift on her birthday. Because of this I will no longer purchase from Wine Country.2nd time this has happened to me.

The gift baskets sent as gifts were really appreciated by the recipients. However, the family in North Ridgeville, Ohio were in Key West on delivery day & we didn’t get notified until the 3rd attempt. We quickly telephoned & got them to hold the delivery until it could be picked up. I do appreciate the information & customer service but will double check with recipients before sending an order. The other family, who was at home upon delivery, had no problem at all.
