No complaints from the recipient. As a customer my complaint was from ordering from the catalog by phone. The catalog did not specify that Hawaii would be charged shipping fee. The catalog showed FREE SHIPPING. While on the phone, they were adding shipping FEE and would not honor the catalog free shipping, so I decline and ordered online instead.

Good except Headliner item out of sight

Items were packaged poorly, or moved around in shipment so that the Headline item, the bottle of Silver Oak Cabernet, was lost in the middle and the recipient didn't open the plastic over wrap, and just thought it was an ordinary bottle of wine in the mix. Did not look as shown in the picture. if items moved around in shipping something should be done so the wine bottle (and label)shows & stays in front as the star of the show! Other than the packaging the variety of other items was satisfactory.

I loved it and felt it was definitely worth the price. I was a little disappointed because, in the picture, it shows the Silver Oak in front...I believe that the wine is most of the value and should be in front...normal gift purchasers may not care where it is, but I use mine as closing gifts because I'm a Realtor, so presentation is everything. I liked everything else about it, though.
