My friend was delighted to receive this birthday basket. However I paid extra to deliver the basket on her actual Bday which was June 22. It came on Saturday June 20. I was upset and called and I was refunded my extra course but this is the second time this has happened. The whole idea is that I would like the basket delivered on the birth date.

I just found out, and was sadly disappointed, that the cookies and brownies (sent for Easter) were not fresh as promised. I was planning to order this basket again (for Mother's Day) for my sister but my son and his wife told me they "did not" enjoy the gift I sent them. They told me to save my money.
