Nice, but incorrect gift tag

This was a gift, and the recipient enjoyed it. However, for the price paid, the gift tag should be there and it should be accurate. The gift tag attached did not include who the gift was from and only included the purchaser's name.

The recipient never received the gift basket. She was given incorrect info from UPS about when the next attempt would occur. I was never informed that there were problems with the delivery. I need a refund. I will NOT be using your service again.

The basket was supposed to be delivered 12/30 so they would have it for New Year's Eve. It showed up January 2. I contacted this company to file a complaint - they said they would refund shipping cost. I won't order from here again.

I paid for 2 day UPS shipping, 4 days passed and it had not arrived yet. I called customer service- quick call and they were awesome, did free overnight shipping and waived shipping on my original order. My friend was so excited when it arrived- she sent me a picture and i was thrilled to see it looked EXACTLY like the picture on the website!
