Inattention To Detail

Product is always way above average, but the attention to detail in the processing my order was severely lacking this year. The message that went with the order was not the message that I wrote; it started off something like Dear Bob and xxxx I think (the was a gift to my daughter's mother-in-law to be available for her party on Xmas eve). I saw this lady on Xmas and asked her how she liked the gift......consternation was all over her face....as it turned out, the gift was in her car to be returned the next day as she saw the message and believed it was a gift that was delivered to her by mistake. As she was leaving for Florida, we asked if it was alright if she donated the gift to the church....they were distributing gifts to those underprivileged.

I know people usually complain about late deliveries, my is that it was delivered tooo early. I am happy with the item and so was the person that received it, but I had called and was assured that it would arrive AFTER I left.
