I received a nice thank you for the sympathy basket I sent for her mother's death but unfortunately UPS claimed a "weather delay" and didn't deliver it until the next week. If there was any bad weather it was at least 1,000 miles from here. UPS seems to screw up a lot, even delivering to the wrong place, but it's always the weather's fault.
