Just got off the phone with a very pleasing lady and after speaking with her, I decided to order three of your largest Gourmet Bakery Baskets, one for my Mother and two for friends. All set and they will arrive prior to Thanksgiving.

I purchased this basket as a gift for my Mother, she loved it! This prompted me to order one for my Wife. The product was very good and fresh BUT the assortment was very limited. The basket on had 4 types of Brownie and 5 types of cookies. Certain flavors from description was non existent, but in all fairness they doubled and tripled up on other flavors to ensure the amount was correct. In short, we got tired of the same cookie or Brownie pretty quickly. Be sure to check that all assortments are available before ordering as the basket if full but was monotonous. So one very happy and one not so much.

If you read the comments below you will find I wrote a review titled Disappointed. Wine Country Gift Baskets contacted me and immediately shipped another basket to my brother to replace the subpar product he received the first time around. When he received the replacement basket, he informed me that he had the "Good Stuff" again! He gets this basket at least twice a year because he loves it so much. He sent pictures of the cookies from the bad batch and the replacement ones to show the difference. The bad batch was flat, dried out, and hard. The replacement batch was the exact opposite. That is why I've sent this product multiple times over the past few years and will continue to in the future. Thank you for the wonderful customer service! I will be ordering again; you can guarantee it :)

I ordered for a friend’s 60th wedding anniversary. They loved it!  They have a sweet tooth and have a snack every night before bed. I told them this overflowing delicious assortment of cookies (individually wrapped) might last till their 70th anniversary!

This was the perfect way for me to wish the staff in our school a Happy Holiday. I was out of time to create individual treats but I still wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and this basket was perfect! The treats were delicious and appreciated by everyone. Delivery happened as scheduled. Great way all the way around. Thank you

Our parents really enjoyed their basketful of cookies. They kept repeating how many there were! So happy they liked their gift. The cookie basket arrived on time just before Christmas.  We will reorder from wine country gift baskets again.

I'm very disappointed with the product this year. Last year I sent it to my brother for Christmas and a month later for his birthday because he LOVED it so much. So, this year I sent the largest basket not only to him but my sister-in-law as well. I sent a smaller version to my dad. My brother who loves anything sweet just sent me a text telling me something must have changed from last year as most of the treats are disgusting. I am sad and disheartened as all I wanted was for him to be happy. I'm scared to hear what the others thought at this point. I will not be ordering again :(
