I really liked the gift and the products. I ordered 8 of these to be delivered and one of the baskets could not be delivered (the address listed was correct) and was returned. You did not notify me of this and I was very upset. I only found out because the recipient told me they did not receive anything. I will not be ordering again in the future because of this.

I have been a Wine Country Gift Baskets customer for many years, and recently had gift packages shipped to me as I planned to visit the people to whom I am giving your gifts. Unfortunately, I realized on opening the first package, the Santa Claus Tower, the gift was wrapped with ribbon which shed hundreds of tiny glitter specks on my table and floor, but more significantly, on the gift itself. Aside from the time and effort it took to clean away these glitter specks, I am concerned that you would wrap any gift containing food or consumable items with such annoying, and potentially harmful, decorations. If I order from you in the future, how can I be assured that the items will NOT be packaged with any decoration or ribbons containing glitter? Thank you for your attention to my concern. I received the following response to my above email, "Thank you for your email and your feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience the glitter has caused. I have forwarded your concerns to our design team." However, I have not yet received an answer to my question, "If I order from you in the future, how can I be assured that the items will NOT be packaged with any decoration or ribbons containing glitter?"
