Great product but with missed delivery date

This was a great gift to my sister, except that it was supposed to arrive in Friday, and due to 'unforeseen' one day delay with no epxlanation from UPS, it was delivered on Monday (not weekend). I understand that it was a free shipping product but limiting the shipment only to 'business days' definitely spoiled the thought behind the birthday gift. Would have given five stars if delivered in Saturday. If I knew this before, then I would probably have purchased the $75+ gift elsewhere.

We sent about 50 of these out to clients for Chinese New Year and they were very well received. We ordered one for ourself to verify quality of product and were quite happy overall. At the nearly 50% off sale price it was excellent value - at full price I’m not sure we would have had the same opinion.
