The online history should be available to just click the recipient's name(s) so you don't have to select each one individually. This year we added/changed a few names, but we gave the same gift to all customers. I had to individually enter each selection, and that process just takes to much time and isn't efficient. I would like to see all history and be able to check the boxes to send the same gift. Most companies send to the same customers year after year.
