I have always had good service and presentation with Wine Country. Product was delivered on Fri before Eadter. It must have sat in a hot delivery truck and melted. Daughter was home so it did not sit at her address all day. When she opened it she was surprised -both good and bad- The wine was OK but chocolate not. Very disappointed !!!!

The Red Wine appears in a box that looks like another box of chocolate. I sent this as a gift and was horrified "when the red wine was missing". The wine was not missing... just packaged as a "box of wine". Upon the discovery of the wine...everything was wonderful. I will purchase this again.
