Ordered the gift basket @ 11/24/20 w receiver contact number attached. It was delivered @ 12/2/20 but the gift basket was not picked up by guest @ 12/19/20? Upon Investigation, Found out basket sent to Condo Leasing office but did not contact or text recipient until we call guest on 12/18/20 and they said received nothing from Wine Country, which is embarrassing. Please consider having Wine Country/carrier/UPS/ to text or contact recipient upon delivery of basket, esp if it is a condo or apartment building. Thank you.
