Since I did not see the product physically because it was delivered directly to the recipient I can't comment about the appearance of the product. I am sure it looked great. I received a very nice Thank You card from the recipient, commenting how much they love the product and what a great gift it is. It arrived as requested on time. I did not use customer service.
