I have been a long time customer of this company and they failed me this time.It was supposed to be delivered to our business-partner on Dec. 20 and since the delivery needs a signature, he waited and waited (for 20 hours) when UPS called him that it is on it's way to be delivered but nope, they never showed up. I am angry and embarrassed. I called Wine and Country and complained and they are re-delivering (on Jan. 8) but still...That was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The company need to complain to UPS for this. That order was not cheap.
