Spent a lot of time comparing this basket against several other basket and decided to choose this one based on the brand of the wines and snacks to send to my sister... however, I noticed the picture she sent me of her basket did not portray the items described in the content tab or picture. When I reached out to customer service, I was disappointed to find out that they had to substitute items due to them being out of stock.. all three bottle of wines were replaced for a different brand (the merlot, Cabernet and Chardonnay were all from Blakemore.. they could've at least switched up the brands) and a few of the snacks were also replaced. Thus, the "Content" that is described above is inaccurate and I do not see where it mentions that a product will get replaced in the event of an unavailable item. Had I known about the substitution, I wouldn't have spent the time to compare the wines and snacks against other baskets..
