The wine and the delivery were Great! My only issue with ordering again is the fact that you are charged shipping for each quantity. I ended up paying around 70 dollars for shipping . That is ridiculous!

First let me state the negative involved with this gift that was supposed to arrive the Friday before Father's Day this year. So yes, you guessed it, it did not get there on time. Having said that, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about how Wine Country Gifts handled this situation. My son received his gift of 2 bottles of wine on the Monday after, with 2 extra as a consolation. They made every attempt to deliver it on time but it was out of their control. My son was definitely very satisfied with the wine selection. There was good communication via email from Wine Country customer service dept. with me to advise me of the situation and I was more than pleased with their solution. They also sent me a Gift certificate for a future purchase. I will definitely order from them again, as I have done many times in the past. I've always been satisfied before as have been the recipients. They always tell me how nice the packages are for the holidays, etc. Bravo to Wine Country Gifts for excellent customer service.
