 General Shipping and Delivery
| Q: What are your shipping and handling charges and delivery times? |
| A: The standard shipping and handling charge for each gift appears under the price of that gift. Standard shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days after your order is entered. Expedited service is available in most areas: Add $6 for 3-day, $10 for 2-day, $20 for Overnight or $35 for Saturday delivery, per basket, to the standard delivery charge. |

| Q: Why are you limited on the states you can ship wine to? |
| A: Due to local ordinances we are not allowed to ship wine to certain states. View our map |

| Q: Do you offer shipping insurance? |
| A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you! |

| Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere? |
| A: Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but, please add $20 to the listed shipping price. |

| Q: Why do you need my recipient's phone number? |
| A: Federal Express must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery. |

| A: You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your gifts have been shipped. You can track delivery status on our website; so be sure to include an email address and password when you place your order. |

 Wine Purchase and Delivery
| Q: Does the Supreme Courts recent ruling on interstate alcohol shipments allow you to ship wine baskets anywhere in the United States? |
| A: No, we can ship wine gift baskets to recipients 21 years and older living in: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, VT, WV, WI, WY; wine baskets containing Little Lakes, Cliffside, Windwhistle Grove, Cloudbanks, Briar Creek, Steeplechase and Talaria Vineyards may also be shipped to NY, VA and WA. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of opening up interstate commerce but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws. It is up to each state's legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. This will take some time. Check back for an updated list of states where we can deliver wine to; hopefully more states will be added soon! Additionally, You must be 21 years or older to order wine gift baskets. |

| Q: Can I substitute an item in the basket or create a custom basket? |
| A: We can make substitutions or customize baskets if you order 75 or more of the same basket with a minimum purchase of $3000 prior to November 20, 2009 or after January 10, 2010. Find out more about our corporate gift programs |

| Q: I have more than 50 recipients on my order, can I still use your web site? |
| A: Yes, but you will probably find it easier to download our Excel Order Form which can be pre-populated with all of your recipients information that you have shipped to in the past. However, if you'd still like to enter your order through our website, you will have to break up your order into separate orders of 50 recipients or less. The total billing will be the same as if it were entered as one complete order. |

| Q: What forms of payment does Wine Country Gift Baskets accept? |
| A: We accept all major credit cards; money orders, personal checks and we do offer invoicing on all pre-approved accounts (minimum $1,500 first order). Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. |

| A: It takes about 2 business days for credit approval. Fill out our corporate credit application web form. |

| Q: Do you collect sales tax? |
| A: State law requires us to collect sales tax on spa and wine gifts delivered within the state of AZ, CA, IL, MI, ND, NY, PA, TX and WA. |

| A: In the rare instance when demand outstrips supply of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge. |

| A: These items are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months. |

| Q: Do you ship chocolate in the summer? |
| A: From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value. This is done to ensure the freshness of your gift and the integrity of the presentation. Item 520, Sweet Summer Chocolate Assortment, ships cold with a free 2-day upgrade and is available all summer long. |
