Great Product/Wrong Delivery Date

The baskets we ordered were filled with great items. Unfortunately, we had requested a specific delivery date (and confirmed the date before ordering), but the baskets arrived a day early. They were "congratulations" gifts, and thus by arriving they ruined the surprise. Great product....but as the person charged with finding the perfect gift, it was a bit embarassing for me.

Wine Country Gift baskets was an awesome buying experiance. The product was awesome but anyone who has had Duckhorn Wine would know that. Awesome wine. The product did not arrive on the specified date because there was a problem with the delivery address. Customer service was extrememly helpful in getting the basket delivered and the recipient loved it.

Sent this as a special thank you gift to friends and they loved it. They said it's huge and there are tons of very tasty treats. I am not sure how the wine is but considering previous experience with Duckhorn wines I am hoping they are wonderful.
