4 stars for the basket but I ordered two weeks in advance so that I would be sure that it would arrive for friends 50th wedding anniversary, it was three days late. They loved the basket, just wish they would have received on the actual day.

True Champagne comes only from the Champagne region of France, where it gets its signature bubbles from a second fermentation in the bottle. Most Champagne is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which give it crisp citrus, green apple and toasty brioche notes.
Champagne ranges from bone-dry to sweet. Brut, the most popular style, is dry and crisp. Extra Dry is a touch softer, and Demi-Sec is noticeably sweet, a nice match for dessert. Bubbly pairs with more than you might think: oysters, caviar, soft cheeses, popcorn, fried foods and salty snacks.
