Wine country was very helpful when they were taking my order. When the order didn't arrive I called the customer service line. The lady in customer service told me that after the order was shipped they had nothing to do with it. She gave me the UPS help line number for lost items. UPS put in a claim one week ago and I have not heard back from UPS or Wine Country. I guess I am out $160 and a Christmas present.

Baskets arrived on time for all our guests and they were well put together. Plenty of wine bottles to enjoy with the goodies. I liked the fact that almost all snack items were vegetarian which didn't create a problem for non meat eaters
