    The product was great but the delivery was terrible. Every time I added the recipients Apt. # a different location appeared. This has happened the last 3 years that I have sent to this recipient. The product could not be delivered on time and did not arrive until I called customer service twice and it was finally delivered several days after the due date. I was told I would be given credit and I never did. Their web site needs improvement when listing an address.

    This was the second time I received a gift from Wine Country. The wine corks were dried out and very difficult to get out of the bottles. Felt that for the money that was spent the amount was way too much for a bunch of crackers and a couple of candies. Inquired about returning but it would have cost me over $40 to do so. I felt the same when I received the Happy Birthday Basket. Sorry, but not a fan.
