Sent this to a neighbor for his retirement. It was magnificent! First, the presentation itself was unbelievable. The wine - superb, and the contents - many many different kinds if delicious and unique items. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend that you improve customer portal . I had a number of gifts sent and once I checked on an order and then went to check on another order, I had to start the search from the beginning versus going back to the list of orders. And what was reported on the client portal was not as accurate as the information given to me when I called about some of the orders. The client portal needs improvement and the accuracy and timeliness of the information should be more coordinated with your staff information and the information on the client portal. Ultimately, it all worked out fine and I would use your services again.
