INGREDIENTS:
Pizza dough
Pizza sauce
Fresh Mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spread the sauce evenly on top of the pizza dough.
2. Top sporadically with ripped mozzarella, not completely covering the sauce.
3. Cook in a wood-fired oven, or in the oven at 400 on a pizza stone until crust and cheese browns.
4. Once cooked, top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy.
