Ingredients for Shrimp:

1 lb. Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 1⁄2 Tbsp Honey
Juice of 2 Limes
1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Ingredients for Dip:

1 C. Mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1⁄2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 ° F.

  2. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. We pulled the tails off of our shrimp so that people don't have to hold on to them at the BBQ when they're done snacking!

  3. Combine butter, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl. Once mixed, add Cajun Seasoning, Chili Powder, Onion Powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper.

  4. Toss each shrimp in the mixture to coat, then lay all shrimp flat on a lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 6 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, make the chipotle mayo dip by simply combining all dip ingredients in a food processor and blending until smooth.
