INGREDIENTS:
There's a reason deviled eggs are an appetizer staple ? they're delicious, easy to make, and easy to serve. But we think a classic recipe can, more often than not, be made even better with an unexpected twist. Below, we're sharing 3 of our favorite non-traditional deviled eggs recipes to make for your next party. If you have your own take on this classic that we haven't listed here, we'd love to hear about it!

Hard Boiling Your Eggs:
No matter where we go from here, deviled eggs always begin with a big batch of hard-boiled eggs. We're here to help make your life as easy as possible, and since you're probably making these treats in big batches, we thought we'd share one of our favorite tricks for hard "boiling" eggs. First, Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Yes, you read that right. Your oven. Now get out a muffin tin and place an egg in each separate mold, place in the oven, and bake for 30 minutes. Once these are done, quickly remove the eggs and place them into a large bowl of ice water to immediately stop them from continuing to cook. Leave the eggs in the ice water for 10 minutes, then remove, peel, and get ready to customize! Each recipe below is based on 12 whole eggs (or 24 deviled eggs).

Maple Bacon Deviled Eggs
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
5 Slices Bacon, fried until crisp then chopped
Remove the yolks from your eggs and place into a separate bowl. Mix yolks thoroughly with maple syrup and mayonnaise, and scoop that mixture back into your egg whites. Top with chopped bacon and serve.

Spicy Avocado Deviled Eggs
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Avocados
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
3 tsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Remove your yolks and place into a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mashed avocado, cilantro, and lime juice, and mix thoroughly. Scoop the mixture into your egg whites and sprinkle cayenne pepper over your eggs ? feel free to add more if you like yours on the spicier side!

Buffalo & Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/4 C Frank's Buffalo Sauce
1/3 C Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 Celery Stalk, diced small
Remove your yolks and combine in a bowl with mayonnaise and Frank's Buffalo Sauce. Scoop the mixture back into your egg whites and top with blue cheese crumbles and finely diced celery. For an extra kick, you can add a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix to the yolk mixture!
