Garlic and Cheese Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients:
1 Loaf sourdough bread
1/2 C unsalted butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
2. Cut the top of your bread in a crosshatch or diamond pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. Pry open each crack as you slowly pour the melted butter mixture throughout the loaf, tucking a pinch of cheese in each as you go.
4. Place the bread on a sheet of foil, then wrap it around the entire loaf.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then unwrap the foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
