Perfectly nibble-worthy, these stuffed figs will drive you crazy with how addicting they are. Pair them up with a crisp white wine and prepare to feast!

Ingredients:
Fresh Black Mission Figs
Soft, spreadable goat cheese
Prosciutto, Pancetta, or Bacon, cooked until crispy
Honey
Sea salt


Directions:
1. Slice each fig in half lengthwise and scoop out a small hole into the center of each.


2. Lay the fig halves in a single layer on a baking sheet, and fill each of the holes with a dollop of goat cheese. Top with a few crumbles of your chosen meat.

3. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until the figs are tender.

4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Arrange the figs on a serving plate, then drizzle honey over your figs. Finish them off with a sprinkle of salt, and you're ready to serve!
