Ingredients:
1/2 C. Diced Pineapple
1 C. Coconut Greek Yogurt
1/4 C. Granola, whichever flavor you'd like, but we prefer either a plain honey or coconut granola
1 Tbsp. Shredded Coconut
1 Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

Directions:
This is one of our favorite breakfast pick-me-ups — it's fast, fresh, and instantly transports us to a tropical island paradise! To make it, simply scoop your diced pineapple into the bottom of a small cup or bowl, add your yogurt, then top with the granola and shredded coconut. Throw on a maraschino cherry for garnish and enjoy your little A.M. vacation!
