From Larry’s Kitchen: Sweet and Spicy Penne

1 box of Penne Pasta
28oz. Can of Crushed Tomatoes
1 ½ Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 balls of Burrata Cheese, halved
1. In a large pan, combine the tomatoes and chili sauce over medium heat. Add EVOO and garlic powder while stirring, and bring to a simmer. Begin cooking pasta according to directions on the package.
2. Add honey a little a time, tasting as you go, until you reach your desired sweetness. Turn heat to low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until you’re ready to serve.
3. Combine the pasta and sauce together in a bowl, top with halved burrata cheese and drizzle with olive oil. Bon Appétit!
