Ingredients:
Flour tortillas
Swiss cheese, shredded
Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Cranberry sauce
Turkey, shredded
Green onion, chopped


Directions:

1. On a large frying pan greased with butter, place your tortilla and cover half of it with a mixture of the cheeses. Top the cheese with shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, and green onions, then fold over the other half to cover it.

2. Once the cheese is mostly melted, flip the quesadilla to grill the other side.

3. Simply slice and serve -- what a great way to mix up your holiday leftovers!
