This recipe for beef jerky is hands-down a Father’s Day win! What Dad wouldn’t want to receive a package of homemade, delicious beef jerky to enjoy?

Ingredients:
1 C. Soy Sauce
¼ C. Teriyaki Sauce
¼ C. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C. Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 C. Pineapple Juice
½ C. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
2 ½ tsp. Black Pepper
1 lb. Thinly Sliced Beef (top round recommended)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients except beef together in a large, airtight container.

2. Cut your thinly sliced beef pieces across the grain into strips of your desired size. Add the strips to your marinade and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably 24.

3. Place strips on a drying rack and dehydrate for 4-5 hours in the oven at 175°F, or place in a dehydrator. Make sure the texture is completely dried and dark in color, then bag it, tag it, and give it to your favorite Dad! (We recommend making extra and saving some for yourself!)
